Entry into Hanscom Air Force Base is Restricted!

All vehicles entering Hanscom Air Force Base (Hancom AFB) are required to stop at the entrance guard house.  At that time the guards will confirm that every adult in the vehicle is on the pre-registered guest list.  If there are adults in the vehicle who are not on the guest list, the vehicle may not be permitted onto the base.  At the very least, long delays can be expected.

The parents of all players  who are listed on the basketball registration forms will automatically be pre-registered by the league at Hanscom AFB and therefore should be on the guest list for the game.  However, if there are to be any other adults in the car, such as grandparents, friends and other family, there names must be sent to the league 5 days in advance of the scheduled game!  The league will then notify Hanscom AFB of the additional guests, easing entry onto Hanscom AFB. 

If names are sent less than 5 days in advance, the league cannot promise that the additional names will make the Hanscom AFB guest list, we will try.
